Our Mission
At SCHO, we believe health insurance information should be understandable and readily accessible to all. By providing free-of-cost educational materials and informational sessions to underinsured populations, we aim to demystify the enrollment process, help individuals and families navigate the healthcare system, and expand coverage in Los Angeles and beyond.

Stuart Moon, PhD
Professor and Lecturer in the USC Department of Chemistry
Stuart Moon, Ph.D., is a teaching-track faculty member at USC Dornsife in the Department of Chemistry. He earned his B.S. in Biochemistry from Auburn University in 2017 and his Ph.D. in Chemistry from USC in 2023. His Ph.D. work studied protein post-translational modifications using semisynthetic protein chemistry, organic chemistry, and protein biochemistry.
